Purchase, return and delivery conditions:

• You can purchase products with Visa or MasterCard cards from Georgian and foreign banks.

• After payment confirmation, courier delivery service is activated.
  

Delivery conditions:

• Free delivery within Tbilisi for purchases over 250 GEL.

• In all other cases, delivery in Tbilisi is carried out by courier service ( 8 GEL ), in other cities of Georgia by DHL ( post ) ( 22 GEL ), and for purchases over 2000 GEL, delivery is free. Delivery is made only once. In case the parcel is not picked up (if the buyer does not meet the courier), the buyer will pay for the second delivery of the same parcel.

• Delivery throughout Tbilisi is carried out the next day if your payment is made before 15:00. Delivery is made only once. In case the parcel is not picked up (if the buyer does not meet the courier), the buyer will pay for the second delivery of the same parcel.

• Delivery throughout Tbilisi is carried out on the third day if your payment is made after 15:00. Delivery is made only once. In case the parcel is not picked up (if the buyer does not meet the courier), the buyer will pay for the second delivery of the same parcel.

• Delivery throughout Georgia is carried out within no more than 48 hours if payment is made before 15:00 Delivery is made only once. In case the parcel is not picked up (if the buyer does not meet the courier), the buyer will pay for the second delivery of the same parcel.

• Variations are allowed during holidays/special events and during special regulations
  

Return conditions for purchased goods:

• The customer can return the goods only "in person" within 3 days if it turns out to be a factory defect.

• The goods can only be returned if all accompanying documents are presented, the packaging (labeling) is not damaged, there are no defects, and the goods have not been used by the customer.

• Goods damaged by the customer due to improper operation (overload, mechanical damage, connection to incorrect power source, incorrect consumables, etc.) are not subject to return.
  

Refund conditions in case of goods return:

• The amount is refunded to the customer on the same account in case of goods return (except for incurred costs)

• Overpaid amount is refunded to the customer on the same account (except for incurred costs)

• Duplicate paid amount is refunded to the customer on the same account (except for incurred costs)

• When returning, the amount is reflected on the customer's account within the standard terms provided by Georgian banks.
